💡 Pemphigus = INTRAepithelial, Tzanck cells, fishnet DIF. Pemphigoid = SUBepithelial, linear DIF. Erythema multiforme = target/iris lesions. Stevens-Johnson = severe form of EM.

💡 Diabetes = periodontal disease. Leukemia = gingival hyperplasia. Pernicious anemia = glossitis. Addison's disease = oral pigmentation. Sjögren's syndrome = dry mouth + dry eyes.
